About Me

Golf course maintenance has always been a part of who I am. From an early age, I followed my father to work at Sharon Country Club, where my passion for the profession first began. After working under his guidance from the age of 14 for three golf seasons, I felt it was time to explore new opportunities and broaden my experience.

In the summer of 2014, I joined the grounds maintenance department at Cummaquid Golf Club in Yarmouth, Massachusetts. During my time at Cummaquid, I developed a strong sense of independence and learned that the quality of my work was ultimately my own responsibility.

Following high school graduation, I began working at Century Country Club as an Assistant-in-Training. There, I gained invaluable experience in golf course management, from preparing the course for U.S. Open qualifying events to participating in a two-year restoration project. These experiences provided me with a deep understanding of what it takes to operate and maintain golf courses at the highest level.

Returning to my roots on Cape Cod, I joined The Hyannisport Club under the leadership of Tom Colombo. This position introduced me to the unique challenges of maintaining seaside golf properties. Collaborating with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Mass Audubon became a regular part of my work, deepening my appreciation for the balance between course excellence and environmental stewardship. I discovered a true passion for creating exceptional playing conditions while supporting habitats for local plants and wildlife.

At New Seabury, I have been able to combine my experience in course construction, elite-level maintenance, and conservation to help shape and enhance the property into the exceptional facility it is today
